Multi-use license for live performances
You can use this form to acquire a one-year license for the use of one or more tracks. The pricing is as follows:
Base license:
- €6 for the first track and €2 for every additional track (one-year license).
- Unlimited performances for audiences up to 300 persons.
- Includes one large performance (over 300 persons). This must be reported within 42 days after the event. Smaller performances do not require reporting.
Additional rights for large performances:
- €0.50 per track, per performance for additional events exceeding 300 persons. Please note that one large performance is included in the base license.
- Must be reported within 42 days after the event.
- Multiple performances on the same date at the same venue count collectively as a single performance.
- Unused performance rights expire at the end of the one-year license period.
License period:
- The one-year license period begins on the date of registration (today) and lasts 366 days.
- Tracks and performances cannot be added to an existing license. A new license must be registered, which will initiate a new license year for those tracks.
Using Karaoke Videos for Public Performances:
- If you wish to use my karaoke videos for public performances, you must register a performance license (just like for audio). You may then:
- Stream the video during the event (if a stable internet connection is available).
- Download the video in advance using a YouTube Premium subscription for offline playback.
- Please note:
- You do not own the video, and redistribution or unauthorized downloads are not permitted.
- You must legally own the track’s audio (purchase from Apple iTunes).
